AuditHQ is a remote-first, founder-led Australian company building evidence-first website audit software. We are not running open roles right now, but this page explains how we work, what we value, and how to register interest so you hear about future roles first.
How we work
AuditHQ is remote-first and async by default. The culture is evidence-first: decisions are argued from data and real checks, not seniority or hype. Deep-work time is protected, meetings are rare, and written context beats status calls. Work-life boundaries are respected - sustainable pace is a feature of the product process, not a perk.
What we value
Our values mirror the product: transparency over spin, verified evidence over confident guessing, and steady growth over burnout sprints. We care about craft, plain-English communication, and the wellbeing of the people doing the work. Diversity of background and thinking makes audit judgement better, and inclusion is treated as an engineering-quality bar, not a slogan.
Benefits and pay transparency
Benefits for future roles include remote and hybrid flexibility, hardware budget, learning budget, and paid time to contribute to open-source tooling we rely on. Every future job listing will state a concrete salary range in AUD from day one - we audit other companies for pay transparency, so vague salary language is banned in our own postings.
