AuditHQ terms of service - acceptable use, billing, refunds, intellectual property, liability, termination, and dispute resolution.
Service description
AuditHQ provides website audit scans, reports, and related workflow tools for agencies, consultants, and businesses. Reports are generated using automated checks and AI-assisted analysis.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use a working email address and provide accurate information for billing and support purposes.
Acceptable use
You may submit publicly accessible URLs for legitimate business, diagnostic, sales, or client-service purposes. You must not use AuditHQ to attack, disrupt, scrape at scale, bypass access controls, test non-public systems, or gather information for harmful or illegal activity.
Submitted URLs and scan behaviour
AuditHQ scans public website pages using read-only HTTP requests. AuditHQ does not attempt to log in, submit forms, modify the target site, or collect credentials from the target site. You should not submit URLs that require authenticated access or that point to non-public systems.
Reports, AI analysis, and accuracy
Audit findings are generated using automated checks and AI-assisted analysis. Reports reflect available signals at the time of the audit and may contain errors or omissions. You should review findings before relying on them for legal, security, compliance, or major business decisions.
Client use and white-label exports
You may use report content for your own business purposes, including presenting findings to clients. If your plan includes white-label export, you may share exported reports with clients or prospects as part of your services, subject to these terms.
Plans, payments, and billing
AuditHQ offers a free quick scan (a surface sample across all nine areas, no signup, no card), a one-time Single Audit charged on purchase, and monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. The full 9-suite report requires a paid plan or single-audit purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unlimited plans are subject to fair-use terms intended for normal agency workflows. All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise and billing is handled by Stripe.
Failed scans and refunds
If an audit run fails or is significantly degraded for reasons within AuditHQ's control, you can request a free re-run or a refund of the relevant audit. A completed audit counts as used and no refund applies. If an audit completes with limitations because an external tool AuditHQ depends on was temporarily unavailable, the report is delivered; contact support if findings are significantly incomplete and we will rerun at no charge or refund at our discretion. If a processing error or capacity limit prevents completion, AuditHQ will rerun the audit at no charge or, on request, refund the relevant amount. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe; contact support@audithq.com.au if a refund does not arrive within a reasonable time.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any data you submit. AuditHQ retains ownership of the AuditHQ platform, report format, design, and methodology. You may use the content of reports for your own business purposes, including with clients, subject to these terms.
Service availability and changes
AuditHQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AuditHQ may add, change, or remove features over time and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect customers.
Suspension or termination
AuditHQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete account data subject to retention requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
