No accessibility statement / declaration page found

An accessibility statement is a page that describes how well a site meets accessibility standards, what gaps still exist, and who to contact about accessibility issues. This check looks for that page on your site's links and content, and it was not found here. This is separate from actually meeting the underlying accessibility standard, called WCAG, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines: it is specifically about publishing a statement describing your conformance. Since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act has been in broad enforcement, and it expects public-facing commercial sites to publish an accessibility statement covering their target conformance level, known limitations, and a contact for accessibility issues. Most audit tools only check WCAG technical criteria and miss this separate legal disclosure requirement entirely. Your developer should publish an "Accessibility" page stating your target conformance level, for example WCAG 2.2 AA, any known gaps, the date it was last assessed, and a contact for accessibility issues, then link it from the site footer next to Privacy and Terms.
