Legacy JPEG/PNG images detected, no modern formats in use

Modern image formats such as WebP and AVIF compress images 25 to 50 percent smaller than JPEG or PNG at the same visual quality. Your site is serving images in older formats only. Larger image files take longer to download, directly slowing your page's main visible content from loading. Images are frequently the heaviest asset on a page and a primary cause of slow load times on mobile connections. Convert your images to WebP or AVIF format. Most image editing tools and CMSs can export WebP. If your hosting uses a CDN, it may offer automatic format conversion. Serve the modern format to supported browsers and keep JPEG as a fallback for older ones.
