EU job listings missing mandatory pay range disclosure

This check looks at job listings for EU-located roles and checks whether a salary range, compensation band, or the words 'pay range' appear alongside them. This site advertises EU-based roles, but no salary range or similar wording was found next to the listings. The EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) becomes enforceable in June 2026, and non-compliance carries fines as well as disqualification from public-sector procurement contracts. Listings without a pay range also get filtered out by candidates and by job platforms that increasingly favour transparent postings. Your HR team should add salary ranges to every EU-facing job listing, using ranges that reflect your real internal pay bands rather than placeholder figures. This is roughly four hours of work to update your current listings, and should become a standard step for every new one you publish.
