Cookie banner may lack an equally prominent Reject option

Your cookie consent banner appears to make it easier to accept all cookies than to decline them — for example, by showing a prominent "Accept All" button but hiding the "Reject" or "Decline" option behind a settings menu or smaller link. Data protection regulators in the EU require that accepting and rejecting non-essential cookies must be equally easy. Consent obtained through a biased design is not considered valid consent under GDPR. Regulators have issued significant fines to businesses using cookie banners designed to nudge acceptance. Update your cookie banner so that a "Reject All" or "Decline" button is displayed at the same level of prominence as "Accept All" — same size, same position, same visual weight. Your cookie platform provider can usually configure this in their settings.
