This check looks for specific, measurable commitments on your site — such as targets, programmes, or outcome data — rather than general statements like "we value diversity." Generic diversity statements are so common that most candidates discount them entirely. Measurable commitments (a specific target, a named programme, or published progress data) show that the commitment is real and backed by action, which attracts stronger candidates. Replace or supplement generic statements with at least one concrete example of what you are actually doing. This could be a hiring target, a named employee resource group, a partnership with a diversity organisation, or reported progress data from a previous year.
