No /careers, /jobs, or hiring page link

Your website has no dedicated careers or jobs page — nowhere for prospective employees to find open roles or learn about working with you. When candidates research your company they reach a dead end and move on to a competitor that does have a careers page. A missing careers page also signals to job seekers that hiring is not a priority, reducing the quality and volume of applications you receive. Create a simple /careers page listing any current openings (or "no roles right now, but send your CV") and link it from your main navigation or footer.
