No salary range visible on job listings
Your careers page or linked job advertisements do not display salary ranges or compensation information for open roles. Salary transparency is a legal requirement in a growing number of jurisdictions — including several US states and, progressively, across EU member states under pay transparency legislation. Even where it is not legally required, candidates overwhelmingly prefer listings with pay information and are more likely to skip those without it, reducing the quality and quantity of applications you receive. Add a salary range or compensation band to every job listing you publish. If exact figures are not possible, a range ("competitive, commensurate with experience, between X and Y") is far better than silence.
Why this matters
Salary transparency is a legal requirement in a growing number of jurisdictions — including several US states and, progressively, across EU member states under pay transparency legislation. How to fix it
Add a salary range or compensation band to every job listing you publish. If exact figures are not possible, a range ("competitive, commensurate with experience, between X and Y") is far better than silence.
