Candidates check your rating before anything else, so a link without the number in view forces them to click away from your site to find out whether you're worth applying to. If your rating is strong, hiding it behind a click is a missed trust signal at the exact moment you have their attention. Your marketing and people team should embed your Glassdoor or Indeed rating widget directly on the careers page, and display it prominently if it's 4.0 or above.
